Doug Yaremko

Doug is a career banker having more than 30 years’ experience as a commercial and retail banker with Scotiabank and HSBC in Western Canada. Doug’s commercial banking expertise includes manufacturing, transportation, mining (service), O & G (service), agriculture, agri-business, First Nations, and government.  

Today Doug assists businesses with their bank and investor relationships. Doug’s focus is effective design and negotiation of appropriate capital and debt structures for small and medium sized enterprises, while ensuring an effective and productive company/bank/investor relationship. 

Doug has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Saskatchewan (1986), Certified Financial Planner designation (1999), and MBA from the Kenneth Levene Graduate School of Business, University of Regina (2010).  His outside interests include music, carpentry, travel, and football.

Ben Antifaiff

Ben is a future focused financial leader with a values-based approach, over 25 years of business experience and 15 years of senior leadership experience in a diverse range of organizations achieving strong financial results and increasing shareholder value.

Ben has worked in the manufacturing industry, automotive & agricultural dealerships, aerospace, events & entertainment and educational institutions. He has also had recent experience working with not-for-profit organizations.

Ben is Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Red Deer Regional Airport Authority and has over 6 years of teaching experience both at the college and university levels.

Ben has an MBA from the University of Regina and has a CPA, CMA designation.

Jordan Yaremko

Jordan graduated in 2016 from the N. Murray Edwards School of Business with a Bachelors of Commerce in Operations Management. That year he also participated in the 2016 SCMA case competition, with his three-person team placing second nationally.

Jordan already has over five years of comprehensive experience with purchasing, scheduling, inventory management, and customer relations through his time at a local distribution and manufacturing firm.

Jordan also has extensive experience in strategy work, financial services and Quick Books.
